Along with our outer column, we offer a complete line of oil-lubricated tube and shaft assemblies, and water-lubricated open line shaft assemblies.
We manufacture our inner column to all major pump company specifications. Individual components such as shafts and shaft couplings, bronze and graphite bearings, tubes, sleeves, and water lube spiders are sold separately. 101 specializes in exotic materials and custom configurations.
Water lube retainer inserts maintain proper lubrication at critical points along the shaft, helping the inner column operate efficiently.
Black widow spiders provide durable support for tube and shaft, keeping the tube and shaft centered inside the pump column.
